You could get a discount for doing a review here, so keep that in mind when you're reading these! The eye exam was great and the staff made sure I was informed about the glasses and contacts process. The prices, however, are egregious. Also, their glasses frames collection was a bit weak considering the prices! I would suggest you get the eye exam if your insurance covers it. Edit: They took forever to get my glasses to me and gave me the wrong frames. These frames were more expensive than the ones I paid for, but they were also uglier than the ones I chose. Them refusing to take accountability is unfortunate and I would be careful about trusting them with services or items you have to wait for. Also- know that communication with them will be nonexistent unless you do all the calling. If you buy something, get something you leave with that day.

Absolutely wonderful. Doctor Kopkee and all staff are friendly, caring, and understanding. Julian remembers us every time we stop by. My kids and I have been patients for a while and we are truly thankful for everything and everyone in this office. Let me mention the wonderful prices, & great quality of products too!
