Excellent Experience I had an excellent experience at this optical. The service was outstanding, the staff was very professional and welcoming, and the quality of care was exceptional. The owner is a wonderful person—kind, attentive, and truly dedicated to making sure every customer feels comfortable and well taken care of. You can tell that he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his business. I highly recommend this optical to anyone looking for great service, professionalism, and personal attention!

Óptica land is great! I highly highly recommend. Their customer service is exceptional. Gus and the rest of the employees were super kind and patient with my 4 year old daughter. We had a great experience from start to finish! From the young lady In the front, to the eye exam to the owner! I don’t have anything negative to say. They made my daughter and me feel at ease and comfortable throughout the entire process. And I was able to go home with my glasses same day!

If you are looking for great and professional service I highly recommend OPTILAND in Hialeah. You are treated as family. The Dr is great and very thorough and explains everything in detail. Gus is an amazing person as well as Niss. great people beautiful products to choose from with prices to fit every household. Wendy very caring and professional always willing to help and accommodate in any way. Great Place!
