We have been coming to the optometrist here and buying our lenses from them for a few years now and the quality and services has always been great. They have cutting edge medical tools and very helpful on choosing the good lens. Highly recommended. They close between 1:30-3 pm which has always been odd for me, especially since I always get to their shop exactly in that period.

i had a really great experience overall. the doctor and assistant were both wonderful, and KC at the front desk was awesome—super patient, detailed, and incredibly helpful in making my insurance easy to understand. they also have a really nice selection of eyeglass frames. definitely recommend!! 🤓💯

This office is great! Dr. Chew always answers my concerns and questions in a straight forward and concise manner. He thoroughly explains findings that make it easy to understand. The staff is nice too and always helpful :) I like the yearly text appointment reminders which are easy for me to get to after a busy day/week to make an appointment. Highly recommend!

I would like to share my experience at this office. When I arrived, I was initially asked to pay for glasses before my eye examination had even been performed. The staff appeared to assume that I was there to purchase new glasses, even though I clearly explained that I was only there for an updated prescription. I also informed the staff that I had recently completed a comprehensive eye examination and did not need dilation or additional detailed testing. However, when I was taken into the examination room, I was told that all testing needed to be performed because my insurance would cover it. My concern is that my preferences as the patient were not respected. Insurance coverage should not determine whether unnecessary services are performed. I clearly stated that I did not want the additional testing and was only requesting a new eyeglass prescription. As a patient, I have the right to decline any test or procedure. I ultimately left without completing the examination and will not return to this office. The experience gave me the impression that billing and insurance reimbursement were prioritized over listening to the patient and respecting informed choice. I have worked in the medical field for more than 25 years, and I found this approach both disappointing and concerning.

I went to see Dr. Christian Chew today for an urgent eye concern, I have been his patient for a few years and just wanted to give a glowing review for compassionate and detailed care. He is extremely knowledgeable and ready to address any concern you may have. I wish more doctors offered care like that.
