Terry was our vacation savior! After an accident during our vacation my glasses were destroyed. Since we were doing a west coast tour, we didn't stay long in one place. So we needed a quick solution to get new glasses. Terry made the impossible possible and went to great lengths to make sure I could pick up the glasses the next day (despite the high diopter)! We were totally relieved and so Terry saved our vacation! Terry is a super nice man who puts his heart and soul into his work. We can absolutely recommend the store! Thank you Terry!

I fell a few days ago and bent my prescription glasses frame. A lens also came out. The frame could not be repaired. Luckily at home I still had my older prescription glasses that has the same frame. Took them to Optical Concepts. Terry was able to swap the newer lens into the older frame in less than 10 minutes. Very, very reasonable price. Thank you Terry

Sunglass Hut stripped the screw on my wife’s Ray-Bans during a lens replacement and refused to fix the situation, which would have forced me to send in the glasses to Georgia for service. Luckily for me, Terry and Optical Concepts were just around the corner. In fifteen minutes, Terry had drilled out the stripped screw, replaced it, and put the new lens in. I’m totally satisfied and will go right to a pro next time my glasses need repair!

Called this afternoon, I am traveling through and my glass lense came out. The wire that holds the lense in place broke. I called and the Optician, Terry, said no problem - come right down. His shop is in an easy to find location with plenty of parking. This is a single Optician, not a chain store (which definitely boosted my confidence). Terry was able to get to my glasses right away. For $10, my problem was solved! Recommend this shop. Terry is an experienced Optician, exactly who you want to trust with your eye glasses.

I went in for a quick adjustment on my new glasses and Terry was very professional and kind. They seem to have a great selection of glasses too. Will return.
