I've known Bob for nearly 30 yrs.Coached his twin boys in Little League. Never needed his medical services until now. I searched for a eye Doctor on-line & recognized the name..he barely remembered me...didn't really matter, but l believe he was flattered...he was kind, soft spoken, patient with my questions, l felt not rushed...he went above & beyond my concerns as l anticipated. Kudos to two employees at Pacific Eye, Pismo Beach. Demi, the Receptionist was so kind and professional by accommodating my schedule. Her goal was to see that I received exemplary service. Lucy, in the Optical Dept professionally explained all my options in choosing new frames. Her calm, patient demeaner reassured me that Lucy is someone I can trust. And if you love Hello Kitty.....

As one walks into the office, the first impression is to be greeted by the most delightful staff! Those delightful ladies are Nora, Demi and Lucy, are sweet, helpful, knowledgeable - great ambassadors for what follows! My wife and I advocate, all three ladies receive company cars, plus a week of company-paid vacation on Maui ! 💁‍♂️ They deserve it for how they take care of business in such a delightful way! 💝 The doctors are equally accommodating, it is with pleasure that we look forward to our next office visit! Excellent service today with Dr. Oh and staff. Dr. Oh listened to me and suggested a few things which was very helpful. I would recommend her.
