Optical Expressions

My doctor left her previous practice and I hunted her down to Optical Expressions. I have had horrible vision since childhood, so having an excellent eye doctor is really important to me. I have been a patient of Dr Koster for a few years and I highly recommend her to everyone. She knows what she is doing and has a great personality. I also love that this is a small, friendly office. What I wasn’t expecting was to meet Micah, the optician who knows glasses. She has an eye for what looks good and understands the needs when it comes to higher prescriptions. She was super friendly and did not rush me at all. Overall great experience.

Personal expert optometry close to home with three convenient locations. Knowledgeable technicians explain every action, very happy I could get an inexpensive retinal scan with their new machine! Love my optometrist Dr. Shapiro, friendly and answers all of my questions, never makes me feel silly for asking. Great selection of frames and contacts. I've been a happy customer, with diabetes and astigmatism, for years.

I have been going to this eye doctor for many years now. The doctors are great and thorough. The Eyewear professionals are the best and go above and beyond when it comes to helping you with your glasses. Jason has been a great resource when it comes to minor repairs and helping work with the eye glass companies for major repairs. Highly recommended.

I really love this eye office - everyone is super nice, they have the machine that replaces having to have your eyes dilated, easy parking and overall great customer service. I also appreciate that they will accept my insurance.

I think this is a perfect setup for an optometrist Dr. Wilken is sharp, no-nonsense, answers all my questions. They run an efficient office -- you're never waiting in the lobby more than a moment or two. And an underrated part is the retail / glasses section: Jason runs it and is no pressure and very patient about finding frames (they carry EVERYTHING), but one of the things that keeps me coming back is he's been super helpful at navigating the warranty these frames are under; more than once he's contacted the manufacturer and had my frames replaced. All I had to do was show up. There's a level of care and personal attention here that has kept me coming back for many years (and yes, it is helpful that they take my insurance).
