Such a bizarre experience from the second this whole adventure started. On my first-ever appointment, I was called to the back by a woman who disappeared before I got to her without saying a word. I later figured out that was the doctor -- she never bothered to introduce herself to me. She asked if there was anything new she needed to know about... it was my very first appointment there so everything was new to them. She told me my dry eyes occur because of hormone issues, but I let her know it's actually meds from a heart condition. A few minutes later, she tells me to take some sort of supplement, then seemed surprised that I have a cardiologist when I said I would need to check with my heart team. It was as if I'd not disclosed this to her before. During the exam, she told me I'm not allowed to say two options are about the same. I'm 44 and have been seeing eye doctors for about 42 of those years and have never had a doctor tell me I couldn't say two options were about the same. The whole experience was just strange. Fast forward to today and I've been waiting on contact lenses for a really, really long time. I ordered (and paid for) them somewhere around mid-March. It's currently 5/15/2026. I stopped in once to ask for a status. They said there had been a problem with the prescription but they'd be in "soon". I don't know what the problem was; nobody bothered to call me to tell me, and I don't know what "soon" means. I've since sent emails to both email addresses on their website asking for status -- no response. Now I'm going to have to order them online and pay expedited shipping because I'll be out of town for several weeks and need contacts. The glasses don't have prices on them. They don't take CareCredit. I could go on.

I love this location! Mariah and Jen were so helpful and kind and Dr Barbara is really the sweetest! I can't wait for my glasses to be ready bc they had such a great selection of frames - that I got myself two pairs!!
"EVERYONE" Looking at this review, please-please-please come into this particular location, and ask for Jennifer, or Mariah!!! They are sooo funny, & witty. It's just like hanging out with family while deciding on which pair of glasses to choose.. Trust me on this review,...'YOU WILL ABSOLUTELY NOT REGRET CHOOSING THIS LOCATION' for your optical needs.. 😀😃
This place is great! The doctor is wonderful & her voice is so calming. The girls up front are hilarious and the absolute sweetest! The optician is Great! She pulled me out of my comfort zone and got me into one of THE cutest pairs of glasses. She did a great job explaining the questions I had about my bifocal and got me a great price. I highly recommend and will definitely be back next year!
I’ve been a customer for two years now. This past year ive gotten contacts and I’ve been waiting since early February for them. The guy who was there was from a different store said he ordered them and it should be in within a week in a half. March came and I found out he never ordered them. So I was told once again they were ordered. And still nothing. I get told the same answer every time I call to check on them. It’s really frustrating.
