I usually don’t write Google reviews, but the team here truly goes above and beyond for every customer. I came in for an updated prescription, and everyone on staff was incredibly kind and helpful, making the whole process so easy and comfortable. One thing that really stood out to me was that when they checked my glasses, the screws were loose. I only realized after getting home that they had tightened them for me without even mentioning it; such a thoughtful touch. Dr. Gulotta is also amazing. She’s friendly, patient, extremely thorough, and takes the time to make sure everything is explained clearly. When I was choosing contact lenses, the staff carefully went over pricing options with me and even searched for the best deal available. After trying the trial lenses, they also gave me a cute case and cleaning cloth for my personal glasses before I left. The level of care and attention here is truly exceptional. I’ll definitely be recommending this place to my family.

The staff here are wonderful. They are helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I had issues with trying to get a right prescription from my optometrist. I went to Optical. Heights and they continually worked with me to get the best prescription. The optometrist there there was actually more helpful then the optometrist I had gone to. They were so wonderful helping me pick out frames. They have great taste. Always a pleasure going there.

The team provides a high end experience and has an excellent inventory of desirable brands, some of which are hard to find. We came out here from NYC and won’t go anywhere else! Wouldn’t think twice about recommending them to friends and family.

I had such a great experience here. I came in after losing a screw in my glasses, and they fixed it quickly and professionally. Then they carefully adjusted two pairs of my sunglasses so they fit perfectly, and now they feel like brand new. The service was attentive, precise, and very kind.
