Optical Illusion

We’ve been going to Optical Illusion for quite some time now, and every visit has been a great experience. The staff is always incredibly caring, attentive, and professional. Most recently, my daughter needed to be seen for medical reasons, and they were able to squeeze her in right away without hesitation. The service was fast, efficient, and they made us feel completely at ease. We highly recommend Dr. Alvarado—she is amazing with my kids and takes such great care of all their vision needs. We truly appreciate the kindness and consistency this office provides and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Alvarado for a couple of years now, and it has been great. Recently, my eldest daughter needed glasses, so we brought her in. Her eyesight is pretty advanced for a child her age, so Dr. Alvarado offered different options to help prevent her eyesight from progressing. She stays on top of the newest technology coming out for lenses. As far as the staff, never a complaint very helpful and eager to help. Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend Dr. Alvarado enough! She is incredibly kind and compassionate, which makes every appointment a breeze. Beyond her great bedside manner, she is clearly very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. I always leave feeling well-taken care of and confident in my eye health.

Took my father today to get his vision checked and Ms. Kate and Dr. Alvarado went above and beyond to make this a such a wonderful experience, taking the time explain thoroughly and to really listen to all his concerns. After a surgery gone wrong and not so great experience at a different place; my dad is actually comfortable to get his eyes checked again. Thank you so much for your patience and dedication to all you do, everyone in this office is amazing. ✨️✨️

Their the worst place and after I get my daughters contact will never return to them again. 2 months just to get trial based contacts with no status or updates other then 2-3 weeks, to get her actual contacts is gonna be what another 2months don’t have faith in this place and now I remember why I won’t go. Then I asked for a call back and they send me a text instead super unprofessional and disgrace. DO BETTER!
