Their scheduling is absurd! They triple book at the same time. So they see you 2 hours after your scheduled appointment because they have so many overbooked times! Not to mention their staff is incredibly rude! Oh and you can’t be late or they’ll charge you!! But they can see you 2 hours past your appointment time?! Make that make sense. Do yourselves a favor and find another place to get checked. Not worth the hassle.

Outstanding service at Shah Eye Center. The staff was extremely courteous, professional, and made me feel well taken care of from start to finish. They provided clear, detailed instructions before my next appointment, which I truly appreciated. Very courteous team and excellent customer service. Highly recommend. Kind Regards, Antonio Zapata
This needs to be said. The behavior at this office today was completely unacceptable. Patients were scheduled as early as 9 AM, and by 2 PM the doctor still hadn’t arrived, yet people were being charged upfront before even being seen. That alone is a serious issue. What makes it worse is the lack of communication and professionalism from the front staff. Instead of being transparent or respectful, the attitude toward patients—both older and younger—was dismissive and rude. Let’s be clear: waiting an hour is understandable. Waiting 3–5 hours with no updates, no accountability, and no doctor present is not. Even more concerning, patients who couldn’t wait any longer were still expected to pay a $25 cancellation fee, despite the fact that the provider wasn’t there. That is not just frustrating, it’s unacceptable. This isn’t the first time this has happened, which makes it a pattern, not a one-off issue. Respect people’s time. Communicate honestly. And most importantly, don’t charge patients for services that aren’t being provided. Do better.
I find your appointment scheduling to be extremely poorly organized. You are given an appointment time, but you aren't seen until three hours later. All the children get completely fed up. STOP SCHEDULING MULTIPLE PEOPLE IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE TIME.
Let me just start by saying if you have kids you might reconsider being seen by Brianna Sooy. She saw my son today and she had zero patience for any of the questions I had in regard to my son’s vision. Every question I would ask she would answer rudely and annoyed. She was basically bashing me because my 5 years old son was using his glasses wrong (FIVE YEARS OLD). I’ve never had such a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE at a doctor’s office like I did today. The quality of service she provided was terrible that now I’m having to find another ophthalmologist for my son and mind you he has really bad vision so that only made my concerns two times worse. I did make a report with Human Resources because the way I was treated by a “PROFESSIONAL” was unacceptable!
