I had a great experience at Optical Image in East Brunswick. The staff was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable from the moment I walked in. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and want to make sure you’re happy and comfortable with your choice of eyewear. I’ve known Vesta for many years, and she has always been professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. I’ve gotten both contacts and glasses from her, and she’s always been very helpful with fittings and adjustments—even when I’ve bent my frames, she fixes them without any issue and always with a positive attitude. My mother and sister are also longtime clients, and we’ve all had consistently great experiences over the years. She truly takes the time to make sure her customers are comfortable and well taken care of. I highly recommend Optical Image for quality care and great service.

This was an entirely pleasant experience. The doctor who did my eye exam was cpetent and friendly, and the staff was tremendously helpful and informative during the entire process of picking frames. I will absolutely come back when it is time for the next person in my family to get glasses.

Everyone who worked there is extremely professional and friendly, and very helpful! When it came to picking out my New frames they honestly gave some great feedback. The doctor was very nice and explained everything perfectly ! 10/ 10 I will definitely go again! :)
