The hours are horrible, the desk ladys were nasty to me from the moment i walked in, the doctor is only there once a week and refuses to help me fix the prescription she gave me for my contacts. I refuse to order 2 different boxes of contacts if my trial pairs are not right. Clearly based on my appearance and the fact that I admitted I've overworn a trial pair they assumed im trying to get free trials and refuse to help me. Thanks doc. How's that oath feel at night?

Very personable staff. Professional with a commaraderie flair. Excellent service. Was very pleased with how soon I got in for an appointment. Everything was explained in detail. Was treated with exceptional care and professional friendliness. I felt at ease throughout my appointment. Highly recommend the Tunkhannock office.

My family has been coming to NEI Tunkhannock, for several years. The front staff is friendly, the building is clean, services have been excellent, wait times aren’t long and it’s fairly easy to get an appointment within a reasonable timeframe. We’ve had a couple of emergent situations and they got us in pretty quickly to evaluate and treat. Melanie is very helpful to me when selecting my glasses. She gives great input! Dr. Whitling is nice and very thorough with my exams. He is always trying to make sure nothing else is going on because of my medical issues, which I appreciate! Thank you all!
