I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Monica at Optical Outlets for going above and beyond for me today. I feel like in this day and age, we often take the time to leave reviews when we’ve had a negative experience, but don’t always think to do the same when we have a positive one. I know I’m guilty of that myself, so I wanted to make sure I took the time to acknowledge someone who truly made a difference in my day. I was having an extremely frantic and difficult day, and Monica was incredibly patient, kind, and reassuring. She helped calm me down when I really needed it, provided amazing service, and went out of her way to make sure I got exactly what I needed. Sometimes a little kindness and compassion can completely change someone’s day, and Monica did exactly that for me.
