negative review. I spent $200 plus on a pair of eyeglasses December 2024. The frame broke. They told me that I had to buy an entire new frame and could not transfer my lenses into another frame stating that they were cut specifically for my eyeglass frame. When my frame is not a one of a kind pair, they are generic And are comparable to dollar store reading glasses... I Was on a fixed budget at the time. It's sad I left an eyeglass store, not being able to see after being a regular customer. The eyeglass attendant suggested that I wear them broken on my face and told a story as she laughed that she had a customer that once were their glasses tilted while they were broken on the side of their face to see if I was able to do the same... when I am able to purchase a new pair of glasses, I will go somewhere else. The eyeglass frames are cheap and flimsy and could be purchased from the dollar store. I would give them a no star review. However, one star is the lowest you can give.

It MUST be known to everyone about the professional service that was provided to me as a walk in client today at optical outlets. My 90 year old mom’s glasses needed a screw and a few adjustments to the lenses which Melissa fixed, made It look so easy, and was done in no time. She provided her services with a courteous smile and very professional attitude throughout. Her knowledge of what she does certainly shows in how she does it with such precision and perfection. She is the real meaning of customer service! :) Mom is happy again now to have her glasses back and fully intact . So Melissa You get 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Mom thanks you .☺️ I also ended up making an eye appointment for her . This whole experience at optical outlets has been nothing but welcoming and professional thus far. So I certainly will RECOMMEND with great confidence based on the exemplary experience had. Melissa WILL get you back on the right track to seeing good again so ask for Melissa if your glasses is in need of a good service and or any adjustments or repairs . She really knows her stuff and knows what she’s doing.. and I do believe that she should be acknowledged in front of her peers for the excellence she exhibits. If more people did their Job efficient as Melissa does hers then we’d all be satisfied and happy customers and clients 😃 . THANKS MELISSA FOR A JOB WELL DONE 🤠
If you need help and want great customer service do not go to optical outlet. The people are rude and combative. When I walked in the receptionist commented I see you are back after giving me the run around and not helping me the day before. I had to go get help from my employer when she told me I was not eligible for glasses when I knew I was. She didn't say hi when I came in and she kept banging her pen on the table like we were in a toxic relationship and she just wanted to get me out of her face. The sales person was no different. Perhaps they talked. She didn't say hi and she didn't thank me for my business. She stared me down as I explained that I had already found my glasses on line. We did not break eye contact as I talked. By then I was upset because I felt like I was being interrogated and not treated like a customer. She wanted me to walk around and look at glasses but I didn't want to give them any more of my time. I showed her a picture of the glasses that I had screenshotted from their website. She replied they may not carry them or they could be out of stock. After I insisted she got up went and got my frames and returned 1 minute later. She knew exactly where the glasses were. She took my copay and then said we were done. She said I would receive a text or call when the glasses were ready and did not thank me for my patronage. I was so angry I just got up and walked off. It was like a mortal combat situation where I had to verbally and mentally fight with a company I was paying to provide me a service. The only reason I stuck around was because they had my prescription from a previous eye exam. I only wanted reading glasses and to be treated so badly. It was terrible. When I am ready for another eye exam I will be going somewhere else. If you want to play Russian roulette with your pride and emotions and not get the customer service you deserve go there but as for me I am sounding the alarm and taking my good business else where.
Today's visit was great, Rashel was quick and professional, attentive and very courteous. I wish I would have receive that level of service last week , Saturday when I went in at 1230, the doctor apparently didn't want to see any more individuals for a warranty replacement. As an operations manager I was very disappointed in the lack of their professionalism last Saturday, but today, Rashel deserves 👏 recognition. Thank you!
recently had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Lindsey at this optical store, and I can confidently say it was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, Lindsey made me feel welcome and comfortable. She greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism, and she took the time to truly listen to what I was looking for. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable about lenses, frames, and vision needs, but she also has an amazing ability to explain everything in a clear and simple way without making you feel overwhelmed. What really stood out to me was her patience and attention to detail. She carefully helped me choose the perfect frames that matched my face shape and personal style. She gave honest recommendations without ever being pushy, and I truly appreciated how invested she was in making sure I felt confident and satisfied with my choice. Lindsey went above and beyond throughout the entire process — from checking prescription details to explaining lens options and ensuring the fit was absolutely perfect. She clearly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. That level of dedication is rare and makes a huge difference. It’s not just about buying glasses — it’s about trusting someone with your vision and comfort. Lindsey treats that responsibility seriously, and it shows. Her professionalism, kindness, and positive attitude made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, patient, detail-oriented, and genuinely cares about helping you see and look your best, ask for Lindsey . You will not regret it. Thank you, Lindsey, for such an amazing experience. I will definitely be coming back and recommending you to friends and family!
