Glynis is soo sweet! She goes out of her way to look into what your insurance offers as well as trying to get you the best deal. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers. Such a beautiful person inside and out! 10/10 recommend
Quest was wonderful. I went in on Saturday with my broken glasses and she was extremely helpful. It was just her and another person working who seemed to be a new hire. Quest saved me 50 dollars and had me in and out of there in no time. Not the first time she has helped me out with always a smile and thought it was time I wrote a review. They are lucky to have Quest working for them as she is awesome at her job.
Had a great experience when I was in to get a check up and new frames. My doctor was very quick and efficient. Annette was very helpful on picking frames, helping me decide what I all wanted for glasses, and getting me all taken care of. When I went back to get softer nose pads Annette at that front desk helped me right away and got them taken care of for me. It was a very pleasant experience because of her.
Dr tried to prescribe me with 1.50 magnifiers when I only need like a 1.00 or 1.25. My son picked out metal frames and was given plastic ones. I was quoted having $400 allowance from insurance on frames and glasses then it changed to $130. No one from Dr to office staff seem to know what they are doing. They just opened not too long ago. Maybe they will figure it out but as of right now I wouldn't recommend this place. Unprofessional to say the least.
The people were caring and compassionate!! The facility was very clean, bright and comfortable. They did an awesome job getting my glasses right. The eye Dr was thorough and professional. He explained what he was doing and why! If you need or want glasses give them a try. I bet you'll be glad you did!!
