I want to recognize two outstanding employees at Optical Outlets—Netrich and Natalie. They are the reason I will be returning. Both were professional, knowledgeable, genuinely helpful, and provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. They took the time to listen to my concerns and made me feel valued as a customer. After my previous visit, I honestly wasn't planning to return because the doctor was not what I had expected. However, Netrich and Natalie let me know that the doctor I was unhappy with is no longer with the practice and that there is now a new doctor who is absolutely fabulous. Their honesty, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction completely changed my mind. Employees like Netrich and Natalie are a tremendous asset to Optical Outlets, and they turned what could have been a lost customer into a loyal one. I'm looking forward to my next visit!

He took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and well cared for. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming, and the office was clean, organized, and pleasant.
