After a very bad experience at another Optical Outlet in town where I wound up settling for my new glasses, the lenses Excellent! Thank you Dr Reed, but the frames have given me a severe migraine for days, and I have gone back in for adjustments at the E Bay store, Today I went to the Seminole store, and Emily turned my whole experience around. She listened, found the frames I wanted all along, they fit perfectly, she was kind, considerate, did not judge, and did not tell me I could not return these frames that were totally wrong for my face, extremely pinching my temples at all times while wearing, and just not me. But the ones I wanted at East Bay I was told I could not get. Emily took the time, turned my experience around with Optical Outlets, and I am truly grateful.

My mother is legally blind they had her glasses for 3 days and noone called to notify her or anything. Not professional in my opinion, especially when she NEEDS them(not a want). Emily was the best though all i can say
👋Went to Optical Outlets to get eyes👀 examined and pick out new glasses👓🕶 the process was easy as we called ahead of time to make sure they took our insurance and we made an appointment to have eye examination and pick out our frames all the same day, the optometrist and the staff at Optical Outlet we're very customer friendly explain all our options to us along the way, received our glasses about 10 days after ordering them went in for the fitting and everything was just like the first visit fast friendly and customer orientated thank you optical outlets for a nice eye experience👍👍
My son had an appointment yesterday and our experience was really disappointing. The only positive is that we were seen in a timely manner (within 15 min of our appointment time). My son is 15 and it was his first eye exam so we both didn't really know much going into it. Aside from asking if we were ok with dilation we received no communication from the doctor or staff. My son was given no protective glasses to wear post dilation which I learned after the fact is actually dangerous for his eyes. We were given his prescription with zero explanation of how his exam went or what his prescription meant. We ended up leaving with his prescription and no glasses. I wouldn't recommend this office. The staff weren't friendly or welcoming and the whole experience just felt unsettling.
30 day warranty on manufacturing defects. Frames broke in 90 days. They wanted 41 dollars for a frame that was $50 with lenses. No customer service whatsoever.
