Dr Rios has been my doctor for many years. I have visited both Brownsville amd Harlingen locations. Good staff. Nice enviornment. Highly recommended.

They need get better at cleaning and hygiene in this location. Smells weird, we are talking about a doctor office. Second; they do not confirm the appointment the day before through text or call. And last but not least: I waited for my appointment for 30 minutes and nobody came to help. Respectfully I let them know that I am leaving since my appointment was 40 minutes ago

Dr. Ríos is the best. He has been treating my mom for years and he's very accurate with his diagnoses. Totally recommend this place

I’ve been going to them since they were in the mall at Brownsville. Awesome staff and doctor. Always gets my prescription lenses quick!

Terrible Optical, staff is never out on the sales floor and when they do decide to grace you with their presence, they are rude. They act like they are doing you a favor by selling you the glasses. This is the second time we have gone to try and get a specific frame and it is like pulling teeth. Save yourself the trouble and find another optical.
