Shah Eye Center

I went last week to my vision appointment in the morning, although the waiting time is long the lady at the Optical, Rosio, made it feel shorter. She approached, greeted, and invited me to do frame selection and insurance verification prior to my actual exam. As soon as came out from Dr eye exam all I did was pay my portion, sign order and done. Overall a nice visit, from tech, Dr soy & rosio. Will recommend Shah eye center.

Been a patient for some years now. Always quick and friendly. I love that they explain every step of the consultation and visit. Would recommend if you are looking for a new doctor.

Excellent service We attended to take a exam for my son with special needs and the truth is that they were too kind and empathetic. They had a lot of patience since due to the condition of my son it can be complicated but thanks to his attention this time it was not the case . I loved the attention of the doctor and the assistants and we could see that my son managed to feel comfortable in the place. Thank you very much🫶

When I first came in for a eye check up and needed to do a medical check after talking of past experiences the Doctor and Staff did an amazing job of working with my insurances and making sure I could get coverage when i didn’t know the difference between using a vision plan and medical insurance plan, they were able to switch from a normal vision check to a medical exam in the same day just before closing giving me the best possible chance at finding out if the concerns of the results were something I needed treatment for or not.

Very kind ladies in the reception. Always very helpful with scheduling. They work with various doctors but Dr. Wessen is the best!
