Everything from the exam to ordering to picking up new glasses went very well. The partial days open on Friday and Saturday were something for me to work around, but the care and value were outstanding. I will be back!

I find myself in Youngstown needing prescription glasses services. I called the large and busy vision center next to Optical Vision and their appointments were booked too far in the future for my needs. So I stopped into Optical Vision and met Sam Sebastian, owner operator. This has turned into a wonderful experience. I have insurance so Sam ran my card and gave gave me price quotes for the options available. He was attentive, efficient and welcoming. I asked him if he could do anything with my broken glasses while I waited for the new pair. He provided a temple piece, free of charge and apologized that it did not match my frames (I had no expectations for these glasses and left his store in much better condition that I entered). So if you are looking for a vision center that listens, gives personal attention to what you are asking for and are seeking the full line of optical services with a personal touch I highly recommend Optical Vision.
He's done two pairs of prescription glasses for me this year. Very impressed - highest standards, lowest prices, quickest service.
