Doc was amazing with my 10 and 13 yr old boys. He answered all of my questions and genuinely didn't seem bothered to do so. The ladies upfront are very helpful and have great attitudes. I wish I would have caught the woman's name, but one in particular was the sprinkles on the cupcake. While teaching my 13 year old son how to use his new contacts she was so patient and kind in correcting him when she needed to. He really enjoyed her help. She even celebrated every time he was super close to getting them in on his own. Very encouraging! A few tries later and he's got it down! She was amazing. Thanks guys for another great visit.

Stephanie waited on me today when I went back to the office to order my glasses. I had already had an exam on 2/26. I did not order new frames at that time. Today when I went back to the office, Stephonie was kind enough to go through my bill again and was very helpful on getting me a discount. She pulled out a lot of frames for me to look at and I found the perfect ones. I really appreciate her taking so much time with me and was very helpful. She is a great representative of OptiCare. Dr. King was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Will definitely go back! Kelsey was also knowledgeable, courteous and kind. Kelsey definitely let me take my time picking out the perfect frames. I greatly appreciated her time and patience.

This is the best eye care center! Dr. Pender is the sweetest, and the most intelligent eye doctor! The team is extremely thoughtful, patient, and wonderful to be around, especially Nichole and Khadai! I cannot recommend this place enough!
