Opticare Vision Center - Newport

Everyone that worked with me in Newport were fantastic! Dr Beam was amazing! She was so attentive and has genuine concern for her patients. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly sweet. Kinsey was very helpful and helped me be less anxious. Bobbi was amazing, as well! So helpful, giving honest opinions about what looked best on me. She told me exactly what my insurance would cover and helped me to make responsible decisions. All that, and funny too! Ive finally found my eye care team, and I could not be happier!

My first visit and I am impressed. The office staff were so kind and helpful. The doctor took the time to explain my issues with previous contacts and even went over the cost, not many will give you this time. Definitely referring family and friends.😁

Nothing but GREAT experiences here! I’ve been going since a child, and the staff is nothing short of amazing! Dr.Young is so friendly and helpful, as well as knowledgeable! The nurses are also very kind and supportive of the doctors. I would recommend OptiCare to anyone, they’re wonderful! (I broke my favorite pair of glasses from here last year, I had to wait a full year to get another new pair due to insurance and OptiCare had the EXACT frames I had before and loved so much. They went out of their way to find the frames for me after I mentioned loving them and got them re-ordered for me. So happy!)

Dr Bruce and Dr Beam are the doctors my family visit. They are always very thorough, personable, and so very nice. The office personnel are very helpful and friendly from check in, check out, and with the shopping and fitting of eye wear. All around great experience at this office.

The staff and doctor were very kind and quick. Dr Young listened to me and made sure I understood everything that was happening. It was nice to have a new place to go for my vision needs that cares for their patients.
