It took 11 weeks to get my glasses. Three weeks to first receive them, and the readers (I have bi-focals) were too strong. I wore them for a few days hoping my eyes might adjust, But they didn't. Which meant I had to make another appointment( 2 more weeks) with the eye Doctor just to tell her the readers were too strong. 3 weeks later my glasses came in, and the prescription was wrong, so they had to be sent out again, another 2 weeks. I did not have insurance, so I paid out of pocket $550.00 cash. I couldn't afford to go somewhere else, so I was forced to wait until Optics Unlimited could get it right. My original glasses had a lens fall out and then stepped on. I had no glasses when I went to Optics unlimited. I went from March 17, 2021 to June 3, 2021 without glasses. Seventy nine days! A ridiculous amount of time, and a ridiculous company to do business with. They really don't deserve even a 1 star rating. Take the time and find a place in lake Charles, Lafayette, New Orleans or Houston. It will save you time in the long run.

After performing an eye exam on my two daughters, I was told that no prescription was necessary. Three weeks later my ex-wife took them to another clinic after they continued to complain. The second clinic wrote them prescriptions for corrective lenses. The prescription glasses helped with my daughters’ vision and headaches, no thanks to this clinic for not being thorough and still charging me for the visit. I highly recommend going to a different clinic.
