I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Bassett and his entire staff! Dr. Bassett was extremely friendly, and everyone in the office was so kind and welcoming. I brought my three-year-old with me, and they even had things to keep him entertained, which made the visit so much easier. Getting in was fast and painless, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!
What a delight to experience such exceptional care with Dr. Bassett and his team! Scheduling an appointment within a week was a pleasant surprise compared to the usual 3-6 month delay at other offices. The exam was quick but with a focus on detail, and the assistance in picking out glasses was fantastic. A well-deserved 10/10 rating and I'm already looking forward to my next visit! This was the best eye E-Xam I’ve had in over 25 years. He thoroughly explained my eye situation as he did each step… made me so confident that he really knew exactly what I’m dealing with and how to help. Both of us had our eyes checked and we both felt this way . We’re so grateful we came here and will highly recommend Dr Bassett to everyone. His office is tastefully decorated and not like the cold office feel. His staff are wonderful .. Professional yet friendly, helpful for us AND we observed how well they worked together … made the whole place very pleasant . We are definitely loving this whole experience and love telling about it .
Absolutely recommend this eye clinic! The atmosphere is warm & welcoming. I've had glasses my entire life and have never experience such a wonderful experience!! The knowledge I've gained & the one on one with the staff. Even the equipment was impressive & very advanced.
Saw Dr. Basset for my second yearly exam. TOP NOTCH! Scheduling was easy they worked with my schedule. Dr. Bassett was Great and explained everything to me! I have better understanding of my vision changes now ! Then my order with Robyn was great she explained my benefits and ordered me a high quality set of glasses with a top rated national lab.. I am certain I'll love them as much as last years!! To get this kind of high Caliber treatment in little Ole Aztec New Mexico is so impressive!
