While traveling to Destin for vacation, I accidentally damaged my prescription sunglasses and was worried I would be without them for the rest of the trip. My wife suggested I contact this shop after seeing their excellent reviews. When I called, I was told to stop by anytime before 5 PM. Upon arriving, I was greeted by Gina, who immediately took a look at my bent frame. She was incredibly kind, professional, and went above and beyond to help. Not only did she expertly repair my sunglasses, but she also refused to charge me for the service. I was truly impressed by the level of customer care I received. Thanks to Gina’s generosity and expertise, I was able to enjoy the remainder of my vacation with my prescription sunglasses fully repaired. Exceptional service like this is rare, and I highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of eyewear assistance.

I have to start by saying that Korrie literally helped save my life about 12 years ago. She noticed veins in my eyes that were abnormal and had me get my bloodwork done and to go see a doctor immediately ( so I did ). She told me that the last person she saw with my symptoms died in his sleep a week later… she was absolutely right !! I was about to have a heart attack. Since then she’s been my absolute favorite optometrist ( that I trust with my life )!! The glasses she offers in her shop are not only beautiful but tom quality. I’ve never had better glasses than the ones she makes for me ( ever ). Plus her staff are the very best. I have bifocals and only Optique gets the measurements right for me every time. I’ve had other glasses before that different optometrist made my bifocals so awkward that I only had a silver to see long distance and way too high of a setting for my closeup vision. I can get frustrated easily and I’m not the biggest fan of any medical experiences. I have needed glasses for 2 years and after a failed experience with another eye office a year ago I finally decided to try again. My experience with Optic 30A was great. I came in and got exactly what I hoped for and it was very simple. They were able to handle me and my expectations very well. In a world where my expectations are hard to meet they all did perfect.

They were amazing! I didn’t realize how bad my vision was. I hate my eyes touched and Rebekah was very patient and accommodating to me. Dr Korrie thank you for listening to my concerns and of course restoring my sight! And finally Gina helped me get a sturdy pair as I’m not kind to my glasses as a nurse working 12 hour shifts and staring at computer screens constantly. She fitted me on a rugged yet cute clear set and I LOVE THEM.

Incredible customer service! My dad’s glasses broke her on vacation and they were able to fix them right away. While I waited, I got to try on all of their unique, modern. and colorful glasses! Highly recommend!!!!!
