The Vision Hub at Freeport

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently picked up our new glasses from Vision Hub and had a fantastic experience. Allison was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer our questions, made sure everything fit properly, and genuinely cared that we were happy with our new glasses. Excellent customer service can be hard to find these days, and Allison went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and enjoyable. I had a great experience with the whole staff, from reception, the doctor and the staff that helped fit my glasses. They even took the time to occupy my son with an activity while I tried on glasses. Their prices are great too. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for an eye doctor.

Shealyn at the front office desk, welcomed me in and helped me fill out the paperwork for my procedure. Then Miranda the Tech brought me into the room, prepared my eyes and explained the procedure to me. Both ladies were kind gracious. I would highly recommend The Vision Hub for eye care. The staff is very good.

Allison was truly amazing! From choosing my new frames to helping me decide whether progressives or bifocals were best for me. She was so kind, and so knowledgeable. I really trusted her opinions and expertise. She made me feel comfortable and didn’t let me settle until I was 100% confident that we made the right choices. I was so thankful for her! Great experience! Encountered eye infection. Was able to get appointment next morning. Was seen and treatment was started right away. Had follow up visit and everything healed.
