When I first arrived for my appointment, Cindy at the front desk immediately greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome right away. She was kind, professional, and helped me get checked in quickly and smoothly. During my exam, I worked with Neena, the tech who handled the initial testing. She was absolutely amazing, super friendly, efficient, and very knowledgeable. She walked me through each part of the different eye exams, explained what she was doing and why, and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. The tests were done quickly but never felt rushed, which I really appreciated. My prescription glasses were ready exactly two weeks later, just as they had promised. When I came in to pick them up, Marissa helped me, and she was just as wonderful as everyone else. She was friendly, easy to talk to, and made the pickup process simple and pleasant. Overall, the entire facility was clean, organized, and professional. Every staff member I interacted with genuinely seemed like they wanted to be there and enjoyed helping patients. That kind of positive atmosphere makes such a difference.
