This is the only optometrist you will ever need. She is very detailed orientated. Takes the time to explain everything about your visit. My prescription is perfect now. All other optometrists see you for about 4 or 5 minutes and they get your prescription wrong. Not here you'll be very pleased with your prescription and the exam and you will never see anyone else after your visit here. The last optometrist gave me the wrong prescription and I struggled for a year with the wrong prescription. My prescription now is exactly where it should be. I'm very thankful and impressed with the care and detail that I received.

Dr. Shajida Reich is a very caring and knowledgeable person. She is very thorough and takes all the time she needs to answer all your questions and explain whatever you don't understand. I never feel rushed out for the next patient. She helped guide me into cataract surgery and did the follow up exams. She has all the latest equipment to examine the inside of your eyes. She is there to give you Optimal Vision, and she gets to know you on a personal level.

I have vision insurance and was referred to Optimal by them. I scheduled a routine eye exam and was seen the following week. Doctor seemed nervous, telling me her personal health history and chattering nonstop. I did not need a new prescription. As I was leaving, woman at the front desk told me there is a $55.00 co-pay. I explained that there is no copay for a routine eye exam. She replied they don’t do “routine” eye exams; they do “medical” eye exams. No explanation as to why I had not been informed ahead of time. I felt scammed. I will not be going back.

One of the easiest eye exams I have ever had. Everything was explained to me by Dr. Shajida Espat Reich. She was very easy to talk to. And I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

We always get Great care🤓 from Dr Reich. Know her over twenty+ yrs. Explains every step of the exams as we go thru them " Right ". True Humanitarians in this world 🌎 👏 Appreciate the Doc & side help 🙏 BECKY 🤩 just 4 being Great 👍 🥰😉 5/19/26 Another informative vist. Once again something new I learn. We (Bert & I) left are visit with smiles 😃 . Plus food 4 thought 🤔. Thank U guys .🧡💛❤️
