Walmart Vision Center

Got an eye exam and after I spent hundreds on a pair of glasses, it turned out the prescription was horrible. Had to return the glasses and get a new prescription. Then the second one was worse than the first. Had to return the glasses again. Then I tried to see the optometrist a third time and they just never called me back. Ive been wearing glasses for 30 years and I've never had an issue with a prescription like this. Terrible and will never go back. Update - went to stanton optical to get a new prescription and it worked out great on the first try. Even the techs working there looked at the prescription from walmart and were looking confused. Walmart made me feel like I was going crazy with the prescriptions the optometrist was giving me. So lesson of the story dont go to Walmart optical for anything.

John was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping me get a new pair of glasses. I felt like he was very respectful to me and I was comfortable the entire time. I wish I had help like this in the past because this was a much smoother and friendlier process. I would highly recommend John

I thought my glasses were bent beyond repair but John was able to bend them back to original shape. John to the rescue! Thank you very much.

The new eye doctor is great! Very good with kids and friendly with adults. Both the doctor and the assistants are SO helpful: the staff helped my son try to find his perfect frames for like 40 minutes (15 minutes one day, then we had to leave and come back and do it all over). They were determined to get him the frames he liked. :)

Stopped by Walmart vision to find the best way to adjust my glasses and Dan offered to help me and did a fantastic job. My glasses used to fall off when I put my head down and now they are nice and snug. I didn’t even purchase them from the vision center. Very impressed
