Dr. Spaulding, Nick, Doreen and his staff were great with information and answering all of my questions. The place was very clean and organized. Dr. Spaulding and his staff were very conscientious to prevent infections during and after both my surgeries. Staff were very professional and made me feel welcomed. I would recommend Dr. Spaulding and his staff to perform cataract surgeries for my relatives and friends.
The surgeon we saw is highly recommended and we have confidence in her abilities to help our daughter. The wait times were BRUTAL and we didn’t get a lot of time with the dr. The dr was obviously very rushed because that place was busy, but we did get a thorough explanation of our treatment plan at the end. 3 1/2hours later. The staff were polite and helpful. Bring a book or cards to play because it’s a lot of waiting.. we were put into the waiting room three separate times.
Dr Spaulding and his crew made this one of the best medical I have ever had. Not only can I see which is awesome, they helped me with professionalism and fun. What a great place to spend time at. They are always busy but, so worth the wait. My process was smooth and painless. Do not hesitate to call and make your appointment for all your eye needs but, especially for Cataracts. Thank you Dr Spaulding and team you’re the best!!
this is my mom’s eye dr. She has multiple health issues and I am glad this practice consistently updates her health records, making sure they have up to date information. The medical staff is kind and very patient, helping my mom to understand what to do & encouraging her during the testing portion of the visit. We have been seeing Dr. Spaulding and I really appreciate his thoroughness, and his calm, gentle demeanor.
Excellent service. Everyone was very polite. A warm and pleasant atmosphere. I felt as though they cared so I recommend them for sure because your eyesight is important and they'll fix you right up! Thank you to all staff and physician! I appreciate you.
