Was a “no-go”, cannot be late at all. So do not make appointments if you do not know the area and get stuck in Rush Hour traffic. I wouldn’t listen to your GPS neither. Construction 😵‍💫 4 stars for running a tight ship i guess. No stars for me making an appointment the morning of and coming from a dentist appt., Dr. x-ray appt., and a third office for bone scan/bloodwork lab!!! I tried getting it all in with no sleep coming from new home 2 hours away. Lmao🤷‍♀️

My husband had an appt and I called to let them know due to unforseen occurrences that we would be a bit behind. He goes in and he's turned away. They stated that he was a no show. So after I had paid for parking I went in to explain the situation to the ladies at the front desk. He just had a procedure on his leg and it was difficult getting to the door but it was in the parameter that's stated on Google. A window of 10-15 minutes. If we had not called ahead and still wanted to be seen being turned away would be understandable. Our insurance is great and it will go elsewhere.

Great experience today at Henry Ford OptimEyes in Royal Oak. Staff was kind, efficient and timely. Dr. Crane helped me understand testing I had performed and I did not feel rushed. I was in the market for a new pair of glasses and Ruksana walked through the store helping me select several options and provided honest feedback on the fit and look, helping me to select a style that matched me perfectly. Highly recommend!

One thing that I love about this location, as soon as you open the door, someone acknowledges your presence. It seems like a simple thing but I have stood in spaces for 5-10 mins before I am acknowledged and generally I will not go back. Basically, their customer service is top notch and that can put way the product. But the product is also great!!

Really enjoy going here! Having bad vision all my life and being incredibly particular about my optometrist, I can honestly say they are amazing. The staff is friendly and polite, the frame selection is great (they carry my favorite brand), the pricing is fair, and the equipment/office spaces are very clean. I’d strongly recommend them.
