Everything that we experienced was top notch. My husband and I were serviced promptly upon arriving and the assistance with choosing our glasses by the young lady was great. The young lady who assisted us with choosing was the same young lady who assisted us when picking up our glasses by the way we had 3 pair of glasses and they were back within a week. I would give them a 10 out of 10. Will return and will recommend.
I fell and my glasses were damaged but not broken, however; they just needed to be readjusted. I called ahead of time and spoke with a very pleasant woman and she told me I could come right in. When I arrived I was greeted by the receptionist, the same one I spoke to on the phone, and was then taken care of right away by Rick who fixed my glasses. I walked away feeling so grateful for what he did for me and how nice all the staff were.
I had a great visit with Dr. Bruce Wolffis and the staff at OptimEyes in Plymouth. I’ve always had a tough time visiting the eye doctor because of sensitivity to bright lights, but Dr. Wolffis and his nurses made it so that I would feel comfortable and made me feel calm. One of the best optometrists I’ve ever met, the staff go above and beyond for their patients!
My entire experience was awesome. Both staff at the front desk (Ian & another staff) were really kind and helpful. I was too late to keep my appointment but my son was seen. The lady offered to reschedule mine right away. Samantha took my (9 year old) son to the back for a pre-screen and she was very warm, patient and engaged with him as he was a little apprehensive about it. Dr Tuznicki was also extremely kind and informative. She navigated my son’s questions and eye exam well. This was my first time at this location and I appreciate the staff at this office for understanding how important it is to be kind, respectful, and welcoming with patients, especially at the end of the day. This office can be the model for how to service people!! THANK YOU!!!
Eye exam was very thorough and precise. Purchasing the frames and lenses was simple. No pressure for all the extras. Very different from my last experience at another eye glass store. Overall experience was very good. New glasses expected within 2 weeks. We'll see how that goes 😏
