A+ Business!! First time getting an exam and glasses. Everything was explained step by step and I felt comfortable. They truly know what they're doing. Great job Optique!!
Dr was great! Very expensive even with insurance and slow with issuing glasses, it could have been time of year I went but still waiting for glasses after two weeks. Nice staff but won’t be back anytime soon. If and when I get my glasses!
I really appreciated the level of friendliness and helpfulness of everybody here. I had never worn glasses or even had an eye exam before and wanted to go somewhere local rather than a big name glasses place, & glad I did. The doctor explained the different aspects of the eye exam as we went which made me feel a lot more comfortable. After the exam, I wish I'd gotten her name, but one of the women out front helped me with picking out frames and comparing them all until I found one I felt really good about. She made sure I didn't feel rushed or pressured and helped me understand the pros and cons of different styles etc. Getting glasses for the first time as an adult felt a little awkward but now I am actually looking forward to getting my first pair of glasses, and continuing to come to Optique for my future eye needs :)
Dr.Morris & Cristina(Manager) are absolutely amazing! Dr.Morris explained everything he was doing and was thorough. Cristina(Manager/tech) was so informative on everything & nice! Answered all my questions & went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable!
Dr. Morris was very friendly and listened carefully to any of my concerns. He was very knowledgeable and helped me understand what causes floaters and how to deal with them. My whole family goes to Optique and we plan to continue to do so.
