I had such a great experience at SKEYE OPTOMETRY Everyone was so kind and patient from the moment I walked in. The doctor took their time with me, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable the whole appointment. It’s rare to find an office that’s this warm and attentive, but they really care about their patients. I left feeling taken care of and confident in my vision plan. This 5 stars review is for Dr Lilan Le at SKEYE Optometry & Aesthetics on Melrose Avenue, Los Angeles. I live in AZ and started experiencing dry eyes about 3 years ago. Maybe due to low humidity climate and aging process, the conditions get worse even with the treatments my specialist recommended such as blinking exercises, warm compression, bio tears (PRP), vitamin De3 Omega Benefits and other drops. These are just temporary relief so he recommended IPL & RL. I had an appointment to do it with my doctor in AZ but then I saw Dr. Lilan’s video on Facebook with promotion so I decided to give a try. She did the thorough exam on the first visit that I have mixed dry eye which I experience both aqueous deficiency and meibomian glands dysfunction, impacting both tear quantity and quality. The coolest thing is that she showed all the images of my eye exam on the big screen so I can see what’s going on with my eyes. After the 1st treatment, I can see things clearer and use eye drops less often so I came back for the 2nd treatment after 3 weeks. I have 1 more treatment then after that will be yearly maintenance. Thank you Dr Lilan for your care and expertise. You are the best!

Came in to get dry eye treatment from Dr.Lilan and she was amazing. She’s very knowledgeable and gave me lots of information. She answered all my questions and she was very helpful and gave me exactly what I needed. We did IPL treatment and i feel like it really helped with my dry eyes. I also did an eye exam and we picked out contacts . The whole experience was smooth and pleasant. Dr.Lilan and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend SKEYE Optometry . They also do beauty services and Botox and other cosmetic treatments. It’s so cute in the store too!!

The staff here are superrrrrrrr nice. We came in a little late, but they still welcomed us with so much warmth and friendliness. We stayed a little passed the closing time, yet they were just as enthusiastic the whole time. They even chatted with us and helped one of our friends take her contact lens out when she was struggling during her training. Come support them guys!

I had such a great experience here! The staff was incredibly friendly and patient with all the questions I had. My visit with Dr. Le was timely and efficient. She was knowledgeable, kind, and really took the time to explain everything. I’ve had LASIK eye surgery in the past and often struggle with dry eyes, especially when wearing colored contacts. Dr. Le and her team were very understanding and offered great solutions tailored to my needs. The store itself is super cute and beautifully laid out - clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. Overall, I loved my experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for expert care in both eye health and aesthetics, especially if you’re dealing with dry eyes!
