I had 2 pair of glasses ordered. They were both ready within 44 minutes. The staff was friendly and very welcoming. Even tho they were super busy my wait time was so fast. I highly recommend there service.
I was SO PLEASED with my experience at Eyemart. The doctor listened to my needs and my prescription came out so perfect. First time in years that I have had a prescription for eye glasses that came out great. I am so happy 😊😃 And then the staff was excellent - very helpful, very friendly and professional. The girl who helped me with my glasses was also awesome. And then, to make it even better, I got my glasses in about 20 minutes, 2 pair!!!! They also made my second pair for free. The girl who helped me with my glasses told me it would be about an hour, so I left there and started heading over to Chik-fil-a to get food and before I could even get through the drive-thru, I got a textthat my glasses were ready!! They are very efficient!! I am so happy with them, I give them a 10 out of 10. I definitely plan to return there when I need glasses again.
I’ve been going to EyeMart Express for the past 9–10 years, and they’ve always been my go-to because I can usually get my glasses the same day, which is a huge plus for me! This was actually the first time I’ve ever had to wait on a pair, but even then, I still got one pair the same day. The second pair is just waiting on lenses (not their fault at all), and honestly, this has been the only time I’ve experienced any delay. Kenneth helped me during my visit, and he was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and made sure I picked the right lenses, especially since I spend a lot of time on the computer. When I came back to pick up my glasses, he even noticed my frames were slightly crooked and fixed them without me saying a word. That kind of attention to detail really stood out! I highly recommend EyeMart Express. I’ve consistently had great experiences, their pricing is reasonable, and the same-day service is unbeatable. Thank you again, Kenneth!
After getting my eye exam with Open Eyes Vision Center, I went to Eyemart Express to pick out frames and order glasses. McKenna was the lady who helped me and she was awesome! She was patient with me and went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything about the frames and lenses I wanted. And she also made sure I got my glasses at the best possible price. I ordered two pairs of glasses and am going back next week to order another pair.
Phenomenal place here. So informative on everything on what’s going on. Never had my eyes checked before in depth before and ended up leaving with glasses while telling them I don’t need glasses I can see fine when in reality it was blurrier than I thought. Such nice people here too and so welcoming. So glad I came in here and got things checked out before it got worse.
