Although I didn't purchase glasses, I had a great experience. I went in to get my glasses repaired which was complimentary. I do appreciate that my visit was quick, and easy no wait. Great conversation with the lady at the front desk while I waited for Michael to work his magic. My glasses came out good as new.
Amazing customer service. Great selection and style options. Ask for Miss Tyshael Friday. She was very helpful. Had me in and out quickly.
The front desk staff LOST MY LICENSE as I was completing my check in paperwork back in November 2025. I am still flabbergasted by this fact. The people at the glasses/lens side of the business were awesome. The doctor and his staff left a lot to be desired. Their office space was dingy and unorganized. Hopefully they have improved since then.
The services at VisionWorks was great. They have a variety glasses. It’s hard to just choose 1 or 2 and their sale helps financially.
Ty was so helpful with my exchange. (100 day guaranteed)I have never had a problem with Visionworks. So far so good! And Paul at the Mueller location is awesome as well!✌🏼
