I had my eye exam at Visionworks in December, and the doctor was great — very professional and helpful. However, my experience with the Visionworks optical store was very disappointing. I ordered my glasses the same day in December, and now it’s the end of February and I still haven’t received them. In January, when I called to check the status, they told me the frame I selected was not available from their vendor. They had not contacted me about this, and if I hadn’t called, I wouldn’t have known. Because I couldn’t make multiple trips to the mall, I had to choose a different frame over email. In early February, I finally received glasses, but they had the wrong prescription. Now it’s almost the end of February, and I’m still waiting for the correct pair. The doctor was excellent, but the store’s communication, follow-up, and service need serious improvement.

Great service inside the store. Also, all stores in the area help with warranty claims. Quality as good as LensCrafters' but price definitely lower. So, a fine choice for me in multiple ways.

Optomitrist was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and explained things thoroughly. Associate was par during checkout. Didn’t explain much about transition lenses and when they were ready to pickup there was no offer to make sure they fit and do any adjustments before I left. I returned the transition lenses because they weren’t for me and another associate did great helping me with the return and refunding me for the lenses.
