This review is more to do with process than with the staff at this store. Staff in general are really good. We have gotten 2 glasses for my younger kid here and both of them ended with issues. Staff communicate very well and are attentive but little effective comes out of it. 1. Collection for kids glasses with specific sizes are extremely less. So we ended up compromising on exact fit. Then when the glasses came we got large while we chose medium( frame size is same but has medium abd large which is weird) 2. We bought protection plan for the glasses, my kid broke his glass in school. So we went to get it replaced but after one week they came back and said that frame is not carried anymore. So we ended up getting replacement glasses which were of a different size since we did not get the exact fit. We had to get medium instead of small Now I am waiting to see what size comes out for the 2nd pair while I go back to the store on what to do with the incorrect size I got for 1st pair. Pro. Will look for another store which accepts my insurance Not worth spending big time back and forth
