As new residents to Atascadero, my husband and I are so glad to have found Dr. Wells as our new Optometrist. He and his staff were very nice, helpful, and friendly. Dr. Wells took the time to review my history, answer my questions, and thoroughly explained what my next course of treatment should be with a referral to a cataract specialist.
Great staff, very helpful clarifying insurance coverage details. Dr Hile was incredibly competent and skilled, as was the office. Selection of frames and accessories was nice too, more than I needed.
My appt was very enjoyable. Everyone I dealt with was very happy and positively awesome. Very informative, understanding of your circumstances at why I was there. I will highly recommend to everyone I know who needs eye care. Thank you ladies for making my visit great.
Joanne is fantastic! I went to the Paso Robles office for my doctor's appointment and eye glass prescription. When I went to pick up my glasses, they never checked to see if they were correct. I went back 3 times for their help to get my glasses to fit correctly. And the vision in my lenses were not correct. I decided to go to the Atascadero office in hope that I would get better service! Joanne was fantastic, listened to my concerns. She looked at my new glasses and lenses. Then proceeded to talk with her manager about it. Joanne corrected the problem that I was having. I found the Atascadero office to be much more organized, knowledgeable and very professional. Thank you Johanna, for all your help and I appreciate what you did for me. Emily
The people at Optometric Care Associates are very friendly and professional. Ms. Dr. V was very nice and also her assistant. I am happy with the frames that I picked out for my glasses. Can’t wait to try them out.
