Dr. Ballesteros and her staff are really a gem in the medical industry. The front staff and technicians are kind and easy to work with, and Dr. Ballesteros is thorough and detail oriented - you can really tell that your vision and eye health is her passion. I have “20/20” vision, but she went one step further by preparing me a prescription to help reduce strain on my eyes while working on a computer all day. I learned that vision and eye health are two separate things and I will be continuing my yearly checkups with Dr. Ballesteros and her wonderful team to keep my eyes healthy and my vision sharp!

Very friendly receptionists, ophthalmic nurses/technicians, and optometrists! I recently had a routine visit with Dr. Ballesteros and she was so helpful and courteous. She even took a few extra minutes to help discuss contact lens logistics. The nurses/technicians were also so friendly and easy to talk to. I felt as though all my questions/concerns were addressed, and their appointment availability was very reasonable.

This is very modern office using the best equipment. Doctors and staff are very professional and sincere. Billing has always gone smoothly. Dr. Baldwin is consistently genuine, kind, and a 5⭐ opthalmologist. Thank you SLOEYE

All of the staff are very helpful and informative. Both Front desk ladies are great! Easy to work with and very pleasant!

Knowledgeable /Kind/ Consider all aspects of ailments.....ie. possible stress related.....two adult children now in heaven (one as recent as September 2016, and brittle diabetic ) / Concern.....when I said my husband gets notices about appointments coming up , but I do not... ( seem sincere about looking into it)..Thank you.....SORRY, JUST REALIZED I RATED THE WRONG EYE MEDICAL TEAM !!!!
