We have used the Optometric Clinic for over a decade, I see Dr. Ann Williams while my daughter sees Dr. Lisa Herrington. Both are outstanding. They are professional, considerate and understanding. The staff is top tier as well. I would highly recommend either for your vision needs.
Today was my first appointment with Dr. Herrington. Five stars across the board. The process was efficient, staff was friendly and Dr. Herrington was the best! She was professional, funny and answered every question I had. The level of care from reception to picking out my frames was top tier. I was very pleased and have found my optometrist, finally 😀! Just dropped by to give you an update. I picked up my glasses today and they were perfect! I am really big on energy and today did not disappoint. The atmosphere is so zen and inviting! I had an appointment on Dec 30th 2024, with Ann Williams. I thought it was going to be a great experience but come to find out it would be my worst. She came in the room being very disrespectful of how she asked questions about my history, while I was trying to explain it she would cut me off and even admitted to assuming that my vision was worse than it was, just because I brought up the DMV to her! Omg, I will never come back to that place just off of that interaction with her! Love my glasses but that place has the worst customer service ever!! Thanks but no thanks, with all due respect!
A family member recommended Dr. Williams this winter and in February I had an urgent reason to call due to symptoms of retinal detachment. They were able to see me the same day and confirm I needed to see a specialist for a retinal tear. Dr. Williams was so wonderful to explain what she was doing and seeing in my eye. She was thorough, professional and just a nice person. In addition the staff at this clinic were also very friendly and made the whole visit a good experience. I highly recommend this clinic.
5 Stars All around. Dr. Williams was super knowledgeable and helpful! From the receptionist to the optical technician helping pick out lenses, everyone there was patient, helpful. 10/10 Would recommend. Found some cute glasses, and options for contacts
