Both times we've been in have been phenomenal. Super fast, helpful and frankly there's some great vibes going on. Idk if you guys read reviews but you're killing it. Best eye doctor I've ever been to, and I've been wearing glasses for a longgg time lol
My experience was phenomenal with Viewpoint. I was looking for a new optometrist who took my insurance and could accommodate my two children and I. I called to inquire and two days later we were walking in for our appointments. Staff were so welcoming & patient to my children and I. It was my youngest first optometrist visit & they were so gentle and patient with her. They gave her activities to help keep her occupied which warmed my heart. Dr. Hiatt is the best optometrist I’ve experienced. Her attention to detail and willingness to explain everything sets her apart from the rest. I’m so grateful that I found Viewpoint!
Dr Kahara and the ladies were so sweet and gave exceptional care! I came for a walk in because my eye doctor couldn't get me in for quiet a bit. She was very thorough and listened to every concern I had. And their prices on glasses are exceptional! I will be changing to her for all my eye care needs. The staff was amazing, the facility was clean and nicely decorated. The front desk ladies were phenomenal at their job as well. I highly recommend them for all your eye care needs! If I could give 10 stars I would.
Ive been in glasses and contacts my entire life. Dr. Hiatt and staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful! She did a thorough job checking my prescription and listened to my concerns and helped problem solve. I would definitely recommend viewpoint eye care!
Walk ins are welcome which works great for my on the go family. Friendly service and the exams are explained in detail. Highly recommend
