Optometric Group of Upland – Downtown

I’ve been coming to this office for three or four years now, and I’m happy to say the service has improved dramatically since they moved to their new location in downtown Upland last year. The doctors are incredibly kind and always take the time to answer all your questions — you never feel rushed. I saw Dr. Yoshimoto today and, as always, it was a great experience. I also want to give a special shoutout to Amanda and Karen. Karen listened patiently to all my questions, and Amanda went above and beyond — she gave me several great recommendations, helped me choose my glasses, and made sure I took full advantage of all my insurance benefits. That kind of personalized attention really makes a difference. I’m very happy with the service here. You can tell they genuinely love what they do. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The team is kind, patient, and very knowledgeable—they explain everything in a way that makes you feel confident and cared for. The environment is friendly and comfortable, and they have a wide selection of glasses with great special offers. Dr. Gray is wonderful—so friendly and professional. He truly makes you feel like you’re at home. It’s rare to find a place this good. I absolutely love it.

Everyone here is great! From the Dr to the staff. It was my first time to the optometrist in years and every single person there made it such a great experience and the Dr looks out for your best interest. Love this place!!
