They did a wonderful job making my child feel comfortable throughout the entire process and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Always set clear expectations of the turn around for the order. I really appreciated that we never felt rushed and that they took the extra time needed to make the appointment a positive experience. Had a strange experience with Optometric Images Vision Center. I had called other Optometrics before for information on annual eye exam before calling them. Everyone gave me copay & other information based on first, last name & DOB. Optometric Images wanted first, last name, DOB, Address, phone number & last 4 digits of SSN for checking my insurance. I declined to share that info & politely ended the call.
