This is the second time I’ve come here over the last two years to renew my prescription and get new glasses — and both times went exceedingly beyond expectation. Dr Ferro’s eye examination is very thorough, specific, and patient — and the eye glasses selection is top notch, with the added bonus of being very insurance friendly. I highly recommend Optometric Odyssey.
Dr. Ferro and his staff run the best optometry practice I’ve ever patronized. And I am 76 and have been wearing glasses since I was 12. Everyone is attentive, kind and helpful. The staff at the front desk are the perfect combination of friendly and functional. Dr. Ferro is a gem. He looks for anything he can possibly find during exams to improve your vision. He’s a very positive and authentic person and the only medical person I look forward to seeing. Whatever your optometric needs may be, Optometric Odyssey is the place to go. I had my regular check up with Dr Farro on Oct 4. He was great, knowledgeable and efficient. Ordered contact lenses the same day, I was told they should be ready for pick up the next Monday and their staffs will call me. I waited to next Tuesday, no calls. So I called them instead. I was told the contacts haven’t arrived. Understandable, that happens but some sort of update would be appreciated. I asked if she can check with the provider since I will be out the country the following week. She told me she will call me back with an update by EOD, but nothing happened. I called again the next day, someone picked up and told me my contacts should be ready for pick up on Friday, and again they will call me. Today is Friday, no one has reached out. When I called them, I found out that they close every Friday.
I love my red Prada frames and the prescription is perfect! No eye strain after a long day on my phone and computer. Great selection and convenient location, I will return for my next pair.
Dr. Ferro is wonderful! He was thorough, knowledgeable, and has a great selection of glasses. We will definitely be going back!
