To cut a long story short, they gave me an incorrect Rx that I used to get new lenses before discovering their error. Although on the phone they assured me they were looking into it they did not respond to urgent emails. I recommend avoiding this place as they don’t seem to care about their clients.
Dr. Pettiti is very nice and explains all the different tests he performs during the eye exam. His staff is very pleasant and helpful. I sat with the woman who sells the actual glasses (I apologize for forgetting your name). She was excellent. Looked up all my insurance benefits and gave me all discounts. She was very helpful in my decision on which frames to get.
Dr. Petitti provides expert care for my eye health. He keeps meticulous records and always makes me feel like I am in good hands. I appreciate his friendly yet professional approach.
Had a very positive experience with Dr. Sharon and staff at the Simsbury location. My young son was made to feel very comfortable and we received high quality care and a very thorough evaluation. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!
