My wife and I came in today to have our eyes checked, and we had a wonderful experience at 4 Eyes in Vernon Hills. We were greeted by Abbey , who was incredibly welcoming, professional, and friendly from the moment we walked in. She helped both of us choose our glasses and created such a comfortable and positive atmosphere. Her professionalism and kindness truly stood out. Our eye exam was done by Dr. Mark Ross, who is an amazing doctor with a fantastic sense of humor. He made both of us feel very comfortable throughout the entire visit. We highly recommend this place to all of our friends and anyone looking for excellent eye care in Vernon Hills. Thank you again to the whole team!

I highly recommend this place, one of the best experiences I have had in a very long time. I had to get my son eyes check along with my own and Sheila and Tamra treated me like I was family. As soon as I walked in I was greeted they i started interacting with my son. Sheila picked out a bunch of glasses for me to try on as I was being seen by the doctor. She knew not only my personality but what i liked in a matter of 10 minutes which made me feel so good. I walked out of there feeling really cared for. My glasses were also ready to pick up in a matter of 4 days which you never see and when I came in to pick them up Tamra knew right away who I was. Thank you guys again for making me feel like I was a part of your family.

I had a great experience at For Eyes in Vernon Hills this past Saturday. I went in for an eye exam and also purchased a pair of glasses. The doctor was very kind and took the time to clearly explain each part of the examination. I really appreciated that I never felt rushed—he made sure all my questions were answered and that I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. The staff was also wonderful. Even though they were very busy, everyone remained friendly, patient, and attentive. They took the time to answer our questions and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would definitely recommend this location to others!

We came for an appointment today and it was a very great experience. Dr. Ross is very professional and explained everything that he is doing as he does our eye exams and clearly explain what the results of our exams. He has been my doctor last year too and today my left eye (lazy eye) got better. Sheila (staff) has been very helpful and very friendly. She is so comfortable to work with, she helped my sons picked their glasses and helped us with our purchases as well. Very patient and my sons liked her too because she is fun and respectful. All the staff in VH location are always nice, from the Doctor to staffs. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place for eye check-up and glasses - many options. They also helped work with or without insurance.
