Optometrist Inside LensCrafters

I came here first thing in the morning and I was greeted by two people who were very kind and understanding! I asked them if they could repair my glasses, I had 2 pairs, and the screws fell off.. The representative who repaired them was Micheal! He handled the glasses with utmost care and the glasses felt brand new afterwards. I was surprised to hear it was free which I’m not complaining!! I’m glad!! I’ll be coming here more often! If you guys ever have the screws fall off your glasses, visit LensCrafters!

I had a great experience at LensCrafters thanks to Adora! She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to help me find frames that fit well and looked great, and she made everything feel easy and stress-free. Her customer service was truly outstanding, and you can tell she genuinely cares about helping people. I really appreciate her professionalism and positive attitude. Never coming to this LensCrafters location ever again, first I went Sunday to pick up my wife’s glasses when we got there at 6:00 PM the door was closed and the lady’s told us it was closed even though both in google and the lens crafters website it said it closed at 7:00 PM. Yesterday, Monday May 25th I called in to ask until what time they were open since we had already had that issue, everywhere it said they were open until 8 and the representative over the phone told me they close at 7. We ended up getting there at 6:00 PM to pick up my wife’s glasses and order my glasses and the representative told me do you know which ones you want because you closed at 6:30. This was at exactly 6:00PM so they basically close the store whenever they feel like it and don’t want to work. I gladly took my business somewhere else and got the expected experience you should be getting especially when you’re spending over $500 per glasses! Don’t go to this location they are lazy and don’t want to work go to the oak brook location way better, much cleaner and friendlier staff that actually like to help!

Bought meta glasses from Michael and a year supply of contacts. I will be bringing back my family and friends to buy glasses from him. He showed me my insurance benefits and I felt like he was transparent about pricing with eyemed. Overall great customer service

I just stepped in the LensCrafters at Old Orchard in Skokie, Illinois because I was missing a screw from my sunglasses. DeBarge was quick to the rescue. He repaired my sunglasses in just a couple of minutes, clean them up, and handed them back. Great service! Highly recommend!
