Optometrist Inside LensCrafters

I've been coming to LensCrafters for over 20 years they are always so efficient & friendly! Seamless and thorough annual exams, work with insurances and always very clean with a great selection. They've been with me through job changes and helped me find what is best with computer work. If they don't have your lenses very quick turn and they even offer home shipping. Nostalgia for me too, I still remember when my grandma used to take us in middle school ❤️🤓

I was nervous to go to the mall for glasses. I didn’t want pushy sales people or expensive prices. I was so wrong about both. I got the funky frame I wanted and they were having a sale. As far as pushy sales people, Amber was AMAZING!!! I will definitely go back.

My family and I have gone here for years. The owner doctor is very personable and takes the time to make sure our eyeglass prescriptions are correct and up to date. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable with everything from the initial testing to helping us pick out frames. I highly recommend this office.

Thank you so much to the two kind, caring, knowledgeable employees who helped me tonight! My mom broke her glasses and did not have a backup pair. I called to see if this store happened to be open on Memorial Day. It was 4:42 when I called. They said they closed at 5:00. I said I would get there as soon as possible and asked if they could please take a look at my mom’s broken glasses. I arrived at the mall at 4:48 and ran into the store. I’m sure they had worked a long day and wanted to go home, but they showed no sign of being irritated or tired. They kindly listened to me and helped me out. They found a temporary solution to the problem, and we are so thankful. I appreciate their willingness to help even though they were closing in a few minutes. They went above and beyond. I highly recommend going there for your glasses!!!

I do not go through this Eye doctor, Recently I have broken both of the legs off of my glasses and this place was able to help me secure them so I could make it to my next eye exam, They were very understanding and helpful and genuinely good people who recommend helpful things to me about how my eyes work. I am from across the river but if I end up switching I will 100% be coming here and would recommend this place to anyone!
