Ingrid and Ken were extremely helpful for me and my family. They both went over and beyond servicing our eye care needs. Being very patient and taking the time to ensure we were comfortable with our looks and exams. I prefer this location as an eye care provider as they have consistanly provided service with a smile and on New Years Eve it reallly says a lot about how they care about their customers.

Had the pleasure of visiting this location last week and I was very impressed! I came in for a new contacts prescription. The wait time was minimal. They took current insurance info as soon as I entered and then I was immediately taken directly back to get assessments of vision and eye health. I was seen by Dr Masood who probably conducted the most comprehensive eye exam I've ever received. She evaluated my current contacts, my dry eyes, my risk of glaucoma. I had mentioned that while my vision with my current prescription was clear, I sometimes felt eye strain at the end of the day. She explained how eye comfort is always a shared goal with clear vision. So she slightly readjusted my prescription to maximize vision clarity and comfort. I am very pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend this practice and specifically this physician!

Tracy fixed the nose guards on my sunglasses and didn’t charge me anything on Father’s Day to replace both of them. She was so friendly and I really appreciate how quickly she handled it. Thanks again!

I was just visiting the LensCrafters in Oak Brook Terrace. It happened to meet Tracy one of the representatives who was phenomenal. She did an awesome job providing Service was extremely friendly and extremely helpful. I recommend this store receive a five star in that Tracy is the best.

Leslie did a wonderful job fixing my Chanel sun glasses hinge. So glad I can wear them now. Great experience and everyone is very friendly
